Plug in Flash Drive/External HDD
... then type ... Disk in Search Box for applications and click
... Disk Icon on left-hand side ⇒ then Select the Flash Drive or External HDD which will be in your list of drives
... click black square ∎ to Unmount
... click Cog Wheels
1. ⇒ Select...Edit File System.
... then type new Name in the box ⇒ click ⇒ changed
...click black triangle ▶ to Mount again.

Now your Flash Drive/External HDD is Mounted with new Name.
